Lex is a lifelong competitive athlete and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for creating inclusive workout spaces and a commitment to empowering others through fitness.

Following an international soccer career in England cut short by a knee injury, she transitioned from the competitive sports world to the world of weightlifting. In doing so, she reclaimed the narrative she had grown up hearing that girls couldn’t lift heavy or the idea that certain gender identities had to look a specific way. Having navigated the intersection of athleticism and embracing personal identity, Lex understands the importance of crafting a body that reflects inner confidence and self-expression.

Lex's journey has fueled her commitment to creating a safe and affirming space for all individuals within the fitness world. Her approach to training is holistic and client-centered, emphasizing movement, nutrition, and overall well-being. By focusing on each client’s unique aspirations and fitness goals, she ensures personalized support and guidance for every individual.
